Pair your iOS device by using Apple's "Health" app. Pair your Android device by using Google's "Google Fit" app. Your active minutes will only sync if you're using Fitbit or an Apple Watch. If you're using your phone to track your exercise, only your steps will sync. Garmin is the next device that will be added.

At times, poor phone service may cause difficulties syncing. We've recently made a few app updates so please make use of the latest app version.
