8Greens SKIN Blueberry Mint Matcha Latte
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:
1 8Greens SKIN tablet
1c unsweetened non-dairy milk (or milk of choice)
¼c frozen wild blueberries
3ea fresh mint leaves
Method:
1. In the pitcher of a blender dissolve the 8Greens SKIN tablet in milk.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until smooth, about a minute.
3. Pour over ice and enjoy!
8Greens All The Greens Smoothie
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
1 8Greens Daily Lemon-Lime Tablet
1⁄2c water
1persian cucumber, roughly chopped
1celery rib, roughly chopped
1⁄4 avocado, roughly chopped
1⁄2 granny smith apple, roughly chopped
2t lime juice (about 1⁄2 a lime)
1c frozen spinach
Method:
1. Fill the pitcher of a blender with the water then add and dissolve the 8Greens Daily Lemon-Lime Tablet.
2. Add the remaining ingredients then blend on medium-high until smooth, about a minute.
3. Enjoy!
8Greens Spicy Mango Melon Smoothie
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
1 8Greens Daily Melon Tablet
½c water
1½c frozen mango
¼t ancho chile powder
½c plain yogurt
2t lime juice (about ½ a lime)
Method:
1. Combine the water and 8Greens Melon Tablet in a blender until dissolved.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on medium-high until smooth, about one minute and enjoy!
