Just like that, it’s December. It seems like the time passes faster each year, but alas here we are, back in the holiday season. And you know what that means… spending quality time with friends & family and doing activities that mostly center around food!


There’s nothing wrong with indulging in your favorite buttery entrées and unhealthy desserts. In fact, we encourage it! Allowing yourself to indulge if you want to is much better than putting restrictions on yourself or going overboard and feeling guilty about it later.


However, sometimes it’s nice to have some healthy holiday recipes in your back pocket so you can be sure there will be food that will make you feel good during your gatherings with family and friends.
